ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS
Climate change is one of the defining issues of our time. Our ability to build resilience and adaptation to a changing climate will determine the success of our society, including what the future of business and commerce looks like. Though with competing priorities like politics, technology and social injustice intertwined with climate, it can make this already complex issue feel daunting at times. But what happens if we take a step back, and look at climate from the inside out?
Starting inside, means tapping into our true internal self to understand our motivations, emotions and our innate connection to nature. By practicing this awareness, we harness our creative consciousness to see things more clearly, increase our empathy and open the door to increased collaboration with each other.
Moving outside, we set our sights on climate solutions that benefit the triple bottom line: people, planet and profit. This requires us to disrupt business as usual to tackle roadblocks that are getting in the way of true innovation.
Our sweet spot is at the intersection of climate psychology, business strategy and community engagement. We meet teams at whatever stage they are at in this journey, and tailor our framework to meet specific needs and business goals.
