Maria has focused her marketing career on working with brands to elevate their sustainability, climate, and pro-social causes.  Her experience has spanned the nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate sectors working with organizations of all shapes and sizes to reach their goals. 

Spending over 15 years in the climate space dealing with the harsh realities and unrelenting pace of the work to be done, Maria experienced burnout, which she came to realize stemmed from her own climate anxiety.  With a Certificate in Climate Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Maria has charted a new course with the mission of helping other climate industry professionals acknowledge their climate emotions and find the resilience necessary to continue this important work. 

Maria lives in the San Francisco Bay area with her husband and two young boys.  You can find her at the beach, practicing yoga and coaching youth soccer.
